Yuzu Aroma

I was given Yuzu (small lemon-like citrus fruit). So seasonal fruit!

I can use it instead of lemon for some dishes.
Or just smell it!  Its fresh invigorating aroma makes me feel refreshed.

I also love Yuzu-yu, meaning putting Yuzu in hot water of the bathtub and soaking oneself in it. A kind of citrus aroma bath. We usually take a Yuzu-yu on the winter solstice (Dec 21st in 2020), which is one of the traditional Japanese customs. It's a little earlier, but I'll take a Yuzu-yu tonight.

I jogged 6.35km at a 6.58min/km pace in the early afternoon.

On the way to the usual park, I stopped by at a small shrine as usual and found three Yuzu fruits which had been offered by someone. How adorable they are!
