週に3回ほどのジョギング~Jogging about 3 times a week

梅雨の晴れ間、朝のジョギング。
雨上がりの緑に吹く風が、この上なく心地よい。

たっぷり汗をかいた後は、水と梅干が最高!

 

Jogging in the morning even in the rainy season.
Fresh breeze and green made me feel more energetic and comfortable.

After lots of sweat, water and pickled plum are waiting for me!
