雨の中を思わず走ってしまい、
気持ちがよかった体験をした後……
①翌日
雨上がりの朝、走る気満々で、いざ公園へ！
昨日と違って、ランニングシューズも履いてるし、髪も結んでるし
傘を持つ必要もないし、2周は走ろうと思っていた……
しかし、なぜか身体が重かった。
そして、もうすぐ1周が終わろうとする頃、雨まで降りだした。
なので、そのまま帰宅することに。6.54km。
昨日の"細胞が喜ぶ感じ"はまったくなく、ちょっとがっかり。
②翌々日
午前中に仕事2本納品して、昼からランニング。
公園にはチビッ子とママたちが大勢で、
朝と比べて走っている人は多くない。
いつもとは違う光景は少し新鮮だが、やっぱり朝の方が気持ちいいかな。
公園2周。9.93km。不思議な感覚はなし。
③翌々日の次の日
太陽の光を浴びて朝のジョギングは久しぶり。
10月に入ってずっと甘ーく漂っていた金木犀の香りが控えめになったけど
ピンクのコスモスは今が盛りと咲き誇っている。
気温が上がり、2周すると汗びっしょり。11.55km。
たっぷりの朝食が消化できたが、やはりあの感覚は感じられず。

3日間、再度の不思議な感覚がやってくるかと密かに期待したが
それはやってこなかった。
走り始めはきつく、急な上り坂もきつく、緩い上り坂ももちろんきつい。
あの日は、やっぱり特別だったんだ～
10月10日！ 昭和の時代の体育の日。
体育の神様が昭和生まれの私にささやかなパワーをくれたのかも～
なあんてね。
After having an experience of jogging in the rain
without any intention to do so,
I tried to jog hoping for another similar one:
◆The next day:
The rain stopped and I was more than ready to run.
But running was quite tight today, and I ran only 6.54km.
No more excitement!
◆Two days later:
After submitting my translations,
I ran two laps of the park (9.93km) in the early afternoon.
Unlike in the early morning,
I found a lot of children playing there, making me smile.
But no more exciting feeling!
◆Three days later:
It was a lovely morning in the sunshine, ideal for running.
The sweet aroma of frangant olive trees and the beautiful pink cosmos floweres encouraged me to run in the park.
I ran 11.55km and got sweaty.
Not bad, but, unlike what I expected, it was as usual.

I think the experience I had on the day was very rare and special.
Or, considering it was on October 10th,
which was a national holiday, 'Sports Day" during the Showa era (from 1926 to 1989),
the god of sports gave me something inspiring???
I hope so!
