YouTuber ~Daily yoga practice through YouTube

I've wanted to include yoga in my daily life again since 2 years ago,
when I quit Bikram Yoga, the original hot yoga,
'cause I had a hip muscle injury probably caused by overstretching or overexertion
(I'm still thankful for the experience, which I'll write about at another time).

Now I have no injuries, it's time to retry yoga life as a wannabe athlete.

Many Websites thankfully provide how to practice Yoga
with free videos and thorough explanation.

I picked and chose a 20-minute YouTube video for Ashtanga yoga beginners,
and started the practice with learning the basic pose, Sun Salutation A, 7 weeks ago.

The founder of Ashtanga, I hear, always said "99% practice, 1% theory."
The yoga world is so profound and I have a long way to go, but
it looks so attractive to me.
I'll keep up the practice!
