My Hometown is Still in My Heart!

The other day, I flied to my hometown for the first time in 1 year and 10 months due to the Covid-19 outbreak. It was to support my nephew.

I found several changes in the Tokyo International Airport: a newly installed Covid-19 test room, only 3 security checks, a paper cup for serving coffee as well as no magazines and newspapers available at the airport lounge.

The 1 night and 2 days trip was so hasty, but gave me a precious time, which was something significant for me. I was (probably and hopefully) able to give my support to him; visit the grave of my father and brother; see my sister, her husband, my niece, and my elder cousin. In addition, I also enjoyed morning running while exploring my old high school and a shrine cowded with poeple in the autumn festival. The city is still same as that in my heart!

I run about 10 miles in the nearest park on this weekdays, making my legs a bit stiff, but I'm still fine. The sweet aroma of fragrant olive invigorated me very much.
